Richard Kim

Richard founded and spent years in one of the largest construction companies in Korea and completed his studies at BCIT when he came to Canada in 2007. He then worked in the home inspection industry until 2011 when he began to pursue his career as a real estate agent. Since then, he grew his career offering different services, including the sale of residential and commercial properties and facilitating rent for his clients. He was proudly awarded the Medallion Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver in 2015 and 2018, recognizing him as one of the top 10% realtors. He hopes to help his clients find their dream homes with his expertise and decade of experience.
