Chris Cha

Born in Seoul, Korea, Chris studied English Language and Literature at University. After graduation, she worked for Northwest Airlines as a flight interpreter and check-in agent. While working for Northwest she developed hospitality skills and an understanding of the importance in establishing a rapport with customers that she has directly applied to her career in real estate. In 2011, Chris started working for Quadra Homes as both a sales representative and sales manager at their Yorkson Creek Project in Langley.

Her enthusiastic, dedicated and positive attitude towards her work propelled her to become a top sales representative. Chris has the drive to organize, lead, empower and delegate authority to ensure that the daily operation of a business runs smoothly. Her devotion to the industry and her clients has led to a successful career milestone as a Master Medallion member of Greater Vancouver Board, 2016-2022 and a President Medallion member of 2021, 1% of Greater Vancouver Board.

Aside from pursuing her real estate career, Chris spends her free time exploring the endless choice of culinary gems throughout Vancouver with her family and friends. You will often see her walking around English Bay and Spanish Banks.
