Blessed to have wife Linda Book t o work with for the last 33+ years of brokering real estate transactions. Randy is a keen student of real estate valuation, past member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, VCC Certificate in Property Management/Real Property Appraisal, Master Certified Negotiation Expert offered by RENI (Real Estate Negotiation Institute). Single Family, Strata, and unique Lower Mainland properties are their focus. When not brokering deals, Randy can be found in the presence of his favourite people, Linda, daughter Mercedes and son Lynden. Other hobbies include reading about real estate & stock market investing, gardening, cycling, and golf.
